New to a professional kitchen and a little leery of all the equipment? No problem because we've got you covered! We're now creating demonstration videos for our equipment and posting them on YouTube. Now, along with the step-by-step instructions we have posted by our kitchen equipment, you'll have a great visual to use for training.

So far we have demonstrations of our Globe slicer (great for meats, cheeses, produce, and other food products), our Avantco Dehydrator (perfect for granola, herbs, fruits, citrus, vegetables, and fruit leather), and our Omcam Garlic Peeler (guaranteed to save you hours in the kitchen).
